Product Overview

The ZMST-L80 TV machine laser machine is generally used to repair TV dead (broken) pixels and is equipped with an extended control system (including laser controller and laser head). An advanced beam transmission system, which also detects small fine points, in addition to precise cutting on the micro surface, also provides the ability to control accurate wavelengths. Moreover, this device is equipped with a laser system that enables laser processing of optical object lenses, image viewing by objective lenses, server-based electrical control systems, and suspension vibration pressure control with custom settings. The device includes a laser head to launch the laser into the panel pixels, the main unit contains the water-cooled power supply, and electronic control components. Furthermore, this machine has the ability to cut short circuit lines for different layers of the panel under repair. The processed parts are removed manually and placed in place.
